Philco 43-720T
1942
"Prototype"
Philco Radio & Television Corp.,
Tioga & C Street,
Philadelphia, Pennslyvania, USA

This radio is a prototype for the 1943 production year.  This set never went beyond the development stage because Philco switched to war production in 1943.  Because of this fact, it's assumed that this is the only 43-720T known to exist.  I acquired it from an ebay auction in 2001.
