The 532 and 532A is believed to be the only Catalin radio
Arvin ever manufactured and the only Catalin radio manufactured in
the state of Indiana. So far only two color combinations of
cabinets are known, one having a yellow body with translucent, ruby
red, knobs and speaker grill and the other having a maroon body with
yellow knobs and speaker grill. I acquired this set, in
September 2004, from MAI/Prime Parts, a huge retail and surplus
electronics store located in Indianapolis. |
